Adelante Youth Ambassadors

Adelante Youth Ambassadors are young global citizens who work individually or in groups to share their experience or invite affiliates of Adelante to raise awareness about the most pressing concerns facing impoverished women, and the power of microfinance to lift people out of poverty. The Adelante Youth Ambassador program is suitable for youth ages 5-18. Teachers, parents, family are invited to walk alongside youth ambassadors if they wish, and Adelante representatives are available to support any and all activities.

The program goals are to develop a cadre of youth who have a commitment to community development and seek to support women and families from Central America and to promote mutual understanding and respect between cultures and those living in poverty.
